Various of these tools have hundreds of 5 star reviews where sold individually and in other kits on Amazon, so I feel I should up the average star-rating as a supplement to the only other review here, the first review, which is a one-star. It seems like a barely literate review , based on one single tool out of the many in this kit which had a manufacturing defect , and the manufacturer has responded , offering assistance.Seems very unfair to me to leave a one star review and brand a manufacturer and entire kit with one star based on what sounds like one single dodgy spring in a whole kit. That reviewer needs a more balanced perspective.
