I wanted to see how effective the ear wax removal drops are...Did not see any warning about putting it in but immediatelyupon inserting it killed the XLife spade. Before that it workedperfectly and have suggested buying one to two others here.Took a minute to download the app and then still never quite figured it out even after having a few people look at it maybe I just got the broken oneThis ear wax remover works very well, I used it to clean out my sons ear and I could literally see everything on the app that you have to download to your phone. I had him hold the phone while I used it to remove the wax, the camera is very clear and it’s easy to use.It comes with a charger, a extra ear piece and a blackhead remover kit.The camera is very clear, a lot clearer than I was expecting for something like this. I definitely expect some grainy fuzzy-ish picture. It was very easy to set up for the app to connect to it, I have an android so I can't say for iPhone. It was comfortable in as much as shoving something in your ear can be, didn't hurt just felt like you know putting in earplugs or something in. Usually tools like this the app kind of sucks and messes around, but it was actually pretty good and has a setting for different ears so that it's easier to maneuver with the camera. My girlfriend liked it a lot, she's pretty finicky with hygiene and will probably use this a few times a week just to see. She also has some ear issues and her ears are sensitive, but she had no issues. My ears felt fine and I don't like things put in my ear as much as the next person, but I have always wanted to try one of these. The light was pretty bright and lit up everything pretty well. The blackhead removers are a nice little addition, they're generic nothing too special but nice to be given. Overall would recommend.This is a very good quality device. The camera resolution is great. Seamless app installation, connectivity was also easy. I only hesitated a little bit on which model to choose since there were a few and the instructions included did not mention which one. However, I added a screenshot of the one I choose (Xlife R1).It also comes with a set of blackhead removal tool which are ok quality.Current price point is fairly affordable ($19.90) given the quality and friendly interface.The only callout I have is to include a case to store the device since the only way to keep it secure is in the box which is a bit big if you want to store it. Does not fit in the blackhead removal tool case since it is too thick for it.The scrapper works just fine but the whole point of getting this was to hook up to the app to be able to see the wax so that was disappointing. I was going on blind and had I not been to urgent care where they showed me how to use it, I may have gone in too deep. Maybe. So if you know how to use the tool, it works fine by itself.I love this ear cleaner! All you need to do is to download the Xlife app and connect it to the wifi. The video quality is great and very clear. It shows all the pores, hair and ear wax as soon as you put it inside your ear. The silicone ear tip is soft and flexible. The tip was able to loosen up and pull out the earwax quickly without damaging my skin in my ear. I didn't have any wax in my left ear, but I knew that something was building up inside my right one for a while. This ear cleaner pulled out couple of big pieces out very easily. There is no way I could have gotten those out with a cotton swab, or with a spiral ear pick. Seeing exactly where the ear wax is located makes the removal so much easier and safer. The packing includes a USB charging cable, one extra ear tip, and a blackhead removal kit. This is a great value set.Works great as long as you can get the app to connect. It took a few tries and we finally got it to connect. Downside is that if you dont use the app everyday you will have to reconnect every single time you need to use it.
