The Lutron Diva Single Pole/3 Way Switch is your standard dimmer with no wireless functions. So they are not able to pair with any picos or a hub. Consider it a quality upgrade to an existing dimmer switch or a decent new construction dimmer switch if you have no interest in wireless functions.
They use standard 120V wiring and are not low-voltage compatible (0-10V). Also, they will not work with OG Overhead Lights or Cree LS Linear lights. These are great for the Cree Lighting CR4T/CR6T, and DMF DRD Series Lights.
Power-wise, you can expect to get about 12 with the 150W if you need more overhead, go with the 250W version.
