Lower Finishing Panel
I've finally found the cabinets I've been searching for my whole life; Rousseau is everything I've ever wanted in garage storage and more. They are in a league of their own in almost every department, especially when you consider how many options you have. I've done a few orders with them personally, and I can tell you their tolerances are unmatched; everything's flush and fits perfectly. There are no runs or nibs in the powder coating, no scratches, just pure perfection!
Finishing panels are installed onto support panels to give your backsplash a clean, "finished" look. There are two types of finishing pannels, the upper and the lower. Rousseau made a really good guide on installing these you can download it .
The Lower finishing panel is used on both 40" and 19" tech uprights. The only time you wouldn't need on is if you aren't doing any type of backsplash / upper cabinets.
