If you are looking for a solid recessed can light in your home, the Cree Lighting CR4T Series 4" Downlight is what you want. Cree makes some seriously top-notch light. I use in my garage. What I like about these is the ability to choose from a variety of color temps and Lumen output. Also, when Cree says there are 90+ CRI, they are not lying like most of the cheaper brands you'll find at Home Depot or on Amazon.
Much like SATCO, they're not going to change your world, but they are a great option, and I use them anywhere I'm not doing .
