So here's the deal: These tiles ship direct from Swisstrax, not from our facility. Swisstrax is based out of California but they have a few warehouses across the country. You're looking at one to two weeks for your tiles to ship and arrive at your location. But if you order a lot (500+) it may take a little while longer, so just be patient. With that said, shipping is free to the Continental US for all tiles and edges, and we sell these at 15% off of MSRP. This is pretty much the only discounted product we do. The $31.90 per pack is 15% off MSRP and free shipping. I eat the substantial shipping cost.
Please note: Swisstrax is only available in the US. They do not ship these worldwide.
If you decide to return your unused Swisstrax tiles 30 days past receipt, you will incur a 25% restocking fee with them. If you return within 30 days, you will not have to pay a restocking fee.
I prefer these looped pieces for your garage door opening.
These are the pieces you need for the entry into a garage and end a row of tiles. This is the "Looped" version of the edge pieces.
